Welcome to the City of Rockingham Information and Library Service
The Library Service consists of three very different libraries.
The Rockingham Regional Campus Community Library is a combined City of Rockingham/Murdoch University/Challenger TAFE library. The Rockingham Regional Library provides a seamless service to members of the community, Murdoch University students and Challenger TAFE students.
Warnbro Community Library is a combined City of Rockingham/Warnbro Community High School library. Warnbro Community Library provides a seamless service to members of the community, and to the staff and students of Warnbro Community High School.
Safety Bay Library is operated by the City of Rockingham alone and provides library services to all members of the community.
Searching the library catalogue gives you the holdings of the above three libraries.
Membership of the Library Service is free. To join, all you need to do is complete an application form at one of the Rockingham libraries and provide proof of your current address (for example a driver’s licence, rate notice or power/gas/phone bill) and a second contact address (such as an employer, friend or relative). More details on membership.
You may borrow from all the three Rockingham libraries for a total of
eight items.
At Safety Bay Public Library, the eight items may include
two videos/DVDs, two CD-Roms and one music CD. The loan period is four
weeks except for high demand items. More details on borrowing
